Our take
I gave the Epic Speed 5 wood a whirl and it's a rocket. The HZRDUS Smoke shaft is stable and the 18° loft launches the ball with a piercing trajectory. The mid spin keeps it controllable, and the face is hot. It's a shame there's no headcover, but the condition is solid. For $90, you get a top-tier fairway wood that competes with anything current. Just note it's stiff flex only, so if you need regular, this isn't it.
